The staff was outstandingly helpful, as well as owner. Overall it was nicely decorated with bunk beds. Generally everything was fabulous, but the bathroom was poor.
Some people working there were chatty.

Jane
Loved the way our good value for money family king room with the a king size bed was arranged. The personnel was delightfully helpful, and the owner too.

My room with a mammoth king sized bed as well as the main bedrooms was good sized and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was sensational, I appreciated cereals, porridge, and fresh fruit.
The staff were so relaxed, didn't expect that coming.

All in all beautiful location, just next door to city centre, Mumbles and the night life, cinemas and restaurants. Amazing friendly and attentive staff and management.

I truly enjoyed great breakfast, good views.
The location was excellent, close to the pier and local shops and restaurants, and the sea front. There were an electric kettle and a TV set in my double room.

Stayed here for one night, nothing to complain about. Enjoyed how relaxing the property was. The breakfast spread was sensational and great with fresh coffee, porridge plus desperately helpful ex pro chef Sam. The location directly across from the sea front was great for us.

Rob
Great value for money and clean and comfortable rooms. The cooked breakfast was tasty and generous. The hotel had a great location, just opposite the beach, and within walking distance of the pier and other amenities.
Parking was a bit problematic as there was only on-street parking available and the nearby pay and display car park could be expensive depending on the length of the stay.

We really enjoyed this place - recently renovated hotel.
Staff were very friendly, atmosphere was family, it had unbeatable location just next door to the shops and restaurants, the pier and local shops and restaurants and Mumbles for friends wedding. The breakfast was lovely and sensational - a lot of meals - toast, cereals, jam and fresh fruit. The stay was VERY PLEASANT.
